COVID status
If you access your Chave365 user, you will receive information on whether you have been identified as a close or diagnosed contact of COVID-19. In this case, you will be able to report your close contacts to the Galician Health Service through the App. You can also check your COVID Radar App code.
Vaccination certificate
You can check and download your vaccination certificate against COVID-19. For this, you must identify yourself with Chave365 and previously consent to access to your medical history. If you did not, contact your health center to give the authorization. You can also access your certificate data by capturing the QR with the camera.
Risk establishments
Capture QRs of the locations where you are. The information will be only on your mobile, and the App will alert you if it detects that any of them become a risk establishment due to concentration of contagion. If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and identify yourself with Chave365, you can also help by sending SERGAS the list of establishments you have been to.
What is Chave365?
To have personalized information you must identify yourself with Chave365. Chave365 is an electronic identification and signature system, based on the use of agreed keys, which allows the use of the services offered by the Xunta de Galicia. To use Chave365 you must register. You have more information in the electronic headquarters of the Xunta de Galicia.
